Eastbourne Motorshow July 2008
I attended Eastbourne motor show to promote the swim, as my sponsors "Hobbs Vehicle Rentals", had a display at the event of their recovery vehicles. Alex (also from Hobbs) had worked really hard and sorted out a tent, nibbles to tempt people over with and loads of leaflets and information. We shook the tin at passers by and got another £150 towards our total. It was a great experience but I don't recommend walking around a field in a wetsuit and swim hatHQXAXtBZhdEMStXpXtBasdsDFfnbsp;during the summer months as it gets somewhat warm!!
